Suited Connector (SuCo) is seeking a Business Strategy & Insight Analyst to join our dynamic Analytics Team. You will be a true business partner to our verticals leaders by identifying areas of improvement and finding key business growth opportunities using data and modern technology.

You will be the central driver of our data strategy, its implementation, and communication around analytics for our marketing and business operations.

Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure ) :

• Analysis : Develop, distribute, and maintain reporting that integrates both daily operational metrics and monthly financial results to inform end-users of the current state of the business.
• Influence : Collaborate with and drive action from key stakeholders including leaders of the business, including marketing and sales team members.
• Add value : Provide insights that go beyond what your target audiences can infer through data alone.
• Drive Improved Results : Create ad hoc analyses that determine the root cause of an issue and provide recommendations on how to resolve and optimize performance.
• Know your KPI’s : Use your full understanding of how key metrics are derived, what they mean and what drivers relate to each to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within all aspects of our operations.

What Will Put You Ahead :

• Analytical skills : You have 1+ years of experience in an Analytics role in data mining, segmentation, lookalike modeling, and lifetime value concepts.
• Love to talk data : Daily you will be in direct communication with business, sales, and marketing leaders, to share data findings and assist them in troubleshooting data.
• Create Reports : You can create dashboards, reports, and other automation reports with BI tools (bonus points if you are familiar with SQL, PowerBI, and Snowflake!).
• Ability to Adjust (a lot) : You will need to be able to multi-task and prioritize work based on business priorities. Change is part of our DNA, and at times we change on a dime.
• Experience with Excel : You have advanced Excel and / or GSheet skills with an ability to model using advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
• Detail-Oriented : You have a strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge : If you have any past experience in analyzing and working with lead gen and / or performance marketing data.

• Support organization-wide decision-making utilizing not only quantitative dimensions but also by pairing it with strong conceptual problem solving, effectively synthesized into impactful, outcomes-oriented insights (I’m thinking something more relatable like be on the forefront of decision-making alongside business leaders and see your outcome-oriented insights be applied immediately how this role makes a direct impact on the day-to-day business and we’re not just on the sidelines)
• Apply sound, data-driven business judgment, weighing multiple factors, to determine and influence prioritization of investments across SuitedConnector
• Innovate and continuously advance your analytic capabilities and infrastructure to drive actionable insights through reinvention of reporting and monitoring, automation, standardization, and democratization of data (love this one)

• Base Salary Range : i.e., $70,000 to $100,000
• Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation
• Status : Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
