- You’re a PASSIONATE individual with a desire to build a winning restaurant team
- You’re a natural leader with a knack for teaching others how to be the best
- You’re obsessed with high standards and high-quality work, and you hold your restaurant team to those same standards every day
- You’re enthusiastic about the details from the clean door handles to the inventory in your walk-in cooler you make sure your store reflects perfection
- You’ve got hustle and love the excitement of the restaurant business where no two days are the same
- You take pride in your presentation, whether that’s the subs you serve or the uniform you wear a positive first impression is important to you
- While not a requirement, having some experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Must be reliable and punctual.
