Job tittle : Shop Technician (Cleaning)
The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of our cleaning stations facility (cleaning tables station, dish watching station, and laundry station).
They will be responsible for washing and folding clothes, industrial dish watching machine use, perform all types of items cleaning, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and regularly reporting to supervisors regarding any health and safety concerns.
In addition to these duties, the Cleaning Technician will also be responsible for working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our outside of facility clients are well run and maintained.
Responsibilities :
- Laundry station : Follow laundry protocols to ensure personal clothing cleanliness and proper care, wash and iron clothes and linens.
- Cleaning table stations : Sort, clean, and repair home owners personal items.
- Dish watcher station : Sort, sanitize and clean home owners personal items running an industrial dish watching machine.
- Field work : Perform residential cleaning after fire / water / mold / construction damage through all MN and surrounding.
- Be able to communicate with others effectively.
- Clean up laundry facility and surrounding areas.
- Inspect all types of items for cleanliness.
- Ability to follow protocols and goals.
- Willing to work in our facility as well as out in different home owners when required.
Requirements :
- Ability to perform restoration cleaning with minimal supervision
- US Valid Driver's License (Required), with clear driving records
- Spanish (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- Willing to work on the road to visit different home owner projects
- Ability to be on a rotated on-call responsibility (Emergency Response / one week a month)

Schedule :
8 hour shift / / Full time / / Monday to Friday 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm with opportunity for over time!
Salary : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
