FCCI is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our HR / Learning & Development team. Key responsibilities include developing and facilitating training curriculum and materials to meet identified training and knowledge needs across the organization.
Using best practice Adult Learning principles and state of the art learning technologies, this key role will capably design effective learning programs in a variety of delivery media (, eLearning, self-paced, small group or virtual delivery methods.
Position can be based at our corporate headquarters in Sarasota, FL or one of our regional / branch offices in Lake Mary, FL, Lawrenceville, GA, Richardson, TX or Ridgeland, MS.
What you will do :
- Write material for new training programs; review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes.
- Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training. Analyze employee learning needs to provide input for course content.
- Provide instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during introduction of new courses.
- Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness.
