Traveling Solar Installer / Roofer
Location : Colorado
Job Level : Entry-Level
Shift : Full-time (40-45 hours)
Compensation : $45,000-$60,000 / year plus paid training

Position Summary :
As a Traveling Solar Panel Installer, you must be a hard worker ready to help with the removal and reinstallation of residential solar systems.
You will spend 70-90% of your day working on rooftops with various angles and heights in all weather conditions. The most important feature of a good solar installer is being someone willing to learn, and motivated.

Essential Duties :
- Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
- Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation
- Document completion of quality installation
- Compliance with OSHA standards
Key Competencies :
- Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds
- Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs)
- Must have a reliable means of transportation and be comfortable with travelling long distance.
- Prior residential solar installation experience
- Prior roofing / roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
