About the Company :
This automotive supply chain company is going through a digital transformation to push ML / AI initiatives and is rapidly expanding its data teams.
This includes a Senior Business Intelligence Lead to define and advocate for best practices with BI across the organization.
In this role, you will develop visualizations in Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights from data analysis and AI initiatives and have high visibility to various stakeholders across the organization.
About the Role :
As a Senior Business Intelligence Lead, you will :
- Advocate for best practices in data visualization and reporting.
- Develop strategic reporting and visualization assets.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools.
- Collaborate with IT to deliver a reporting platform.
- Translate business data requirements into actionable insights.
- Train and support users on reporting tools and dashboards.
Your Skillsets and Experience :
- 10+ years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication to educate stakeholders on data-driven insights
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Certifications in Apache Spark, Databricks, or AWS is preferred
BENEFITS :
$180,000 - $210,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits
