We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Business Intelligence & Portfolio Analytics to lead our efforts in business performance reporting and advanced portfolio analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Lead the design and development of analytical projects and initiatives to support key strategic priorities
Performance Reporting : Oversee the development and delivery of recurring business performance dashboards and ensure that they support mission-critical activities
Market Analysis : Utilize competitive intelligence and macro-factor data to inform business implications and to identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio value enhancement
Framework Development : Create analytical frameworks, BI roadmaps and metrics to support the broader organization
Executive Communication : Present structured analyses to executives and key stakeholders, supporting enterprise priorities
Vendor Management : Maintain oversight and strong communication with key outsourced analytics vendor
Team Mentorship : Develop and mentor a talented team of 20 analysts, providing guidance and fostering professional growth
What We're Looking For
Educational Background : Advanced Degree in engineering, math, science or a related field or equivalent certifications / experience
Experience : 12-15 years in a fast-paced, quantitative B2C environment, including 7-10 years of hands-on team leadership experience
Strategic Translation : Proven ability to translate business strategies into actionable initiatives and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent negotiating, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills
Executive Presence : Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Technical Expertise : Expert level proficiency in SQL, Python, or other similar programming languages
