In this role you will beresponsible for curating customized travel plans that reflect ourclients unique needs and desires ensuring their journeys areseamless and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Consultation : Work closely with clients tounderstand their travel preferences budgets and specific needs.
Custom Itinerary Planning : Design detailed and personalized travel itineraries includingflights accommodations transportation dining and activities.
Destination Research : Stayuptodate on travel trends destinations and experiences to provideclients with the best options.
Booking Management : Handle all aspects of travel bookings includingflights hotels car rentals tours and special activities.
Budget Coordination : Ensurethat all travel plans align with the client s budget whilemaximizing value.
TravelDocumentation : Prepare and provide all necessary travel documentsincluding itineraries tickets and travel insurance.
Customer Support : Provide exceptionalpretrip intrip and posttrip support to address any questions orissues that may arise.
VendorRelationships : Establish and maintain relationships with travelsuppliers to secure the best deals and exclusive offers forclients.
Qualifications :
A strong passion for travel and a deep knowledge ofvarious destinations.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong communication skills with anability to understand and cater to client needs.
Attention to detail and a commitment toproviding outstanding customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage multipleclients simultaneously.
Priorexperience in travel planning hospitality or customer service is aplus but not required.
