Compensation :
- Base Hourly Pay / Salary Range : $36.42 - $60.33 per hour, based on experience and education

Job Description :
As an ER Registered Nurse (RN) working night shifts, you will be responsible for providing critical care to patients in the emergency room.
Your role involves assessing the physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs of patients.
You will be integral in reviewing patient history and physicals, ensuring timely completion, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to review diagnostics and laboratory data.
Key responsibilities include :
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and reassessments based on patient needs and policy guidelines.
- Reviewing patient history and physicals with patients and their families, ensuring timely completion.
- Analyzing and communicating diagnostic and laboratory data, reporting abnormal results to physicians and appropriate caregivers.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure thorough and effective patient care.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as an ER RN.
- License : Must possess a valid current or temporary Alaska RN license.
- Certificates : BLS required (ACLS and / or PALS may be required).
