With amazing opportunities ahead of us, Creatio is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our HR team as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for the Americas.
Position Overview : As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will report directly to the HR Director of the Americas and Western Europe, Olivia Hourihan, and will oversee a team of four recruiters.
Your leadership will drive our regional recruitment strategy and contribute to the growth and success of Creatio.
This role will cover the following areas :
Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Conduct talent acquisition activities, including resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and closing qualified candidates.
Collect, input, and report recruitment data and metrics.
- Mentoring : Onboard new team members. Mentor and foster the professional growth of team members.
- Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making and process optimization. Independently manage the recruitment cycle for middle to senior-level candidates.
Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing and leading a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights.
- Familiarity with ATS systems.
