We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent.

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

  • Provide strong leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and positive culture.
  • Effectively manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Execute strategic objectives to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relations with hiring managers.
  • Be a positive advocate for change as business evolves.

Strategic Recruitment Planning :

  • Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and talent needs, translating them into strategic recruitment plans.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.

Full-cycle Recruitment :

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Conduct interviews for key positions and provide guidance to team members on effective interview techniques.

Employer Branding :

  • Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, industry events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling employer branding content and campaigns.

Data-driven Decision Making :

  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure recruitment metrics.
  • Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role.
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop reports and presentations.
  • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Travel : 25% local (must be able to travel to locations around Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut)
