We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent.
Responsibilities :
Leadership and Team Management :
- Provide strong leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and positive culture.
- Effectively manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Execute strategic objectives to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relations with hiring managers.
- Be a positive advocate for change as business evolves.
Strategic Recruitment Planning :
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and talent needs, translating them into strategic recruitment plans.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Full-cycle Recruitment :
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Conduct interviews for key positions and provide guidance to team members on effective interview techniques.
Employer Branding :
- Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, industry events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling employer branding content and campaigns.
Data-driven Decision Making :
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure recruitment metrics.
- Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop reports and presentations.
- Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Travel : 25% local (must be able to travel to locations around Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut)
