We are looking for an experienced SMT Line Operator for great electronics in Aliso Viejo, CA. (1st shift)
Job Duties for SMT Line Operator :
Line Set up
- Load programs and perform stencil setup for solder paste screen printer machine.
- Load and verify pick and place program.
- Load and verify reflow over profile.
- Load parts on pick and place machine flowing pattern program setup.
- Verify loaded part numbers match BOM and machine set up per pattern program.
Process Management :
- Process PCB’s after the print process to ensure that there are no solder reprint errors.
- Monitors PCB flow as the move downstream throughout the process.
- Reload parts as required by the pick and place machine.
Compensation for SMT Line Operator : $20 - $25 per hour.
