We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Second Shift Scheduling Specialist.

All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following : Primary Responsibilities : Utilize our custom Salesforce platform to find customer information and document customer notes.

Ensure the highest level of quality customer service, especially when dealing with upset customers.Schedule order verification appointments with the customer and / or Design Consultants and assign a technician from their respective territory.

Coordinate travel logistics around territories including Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia.Lead conversations with customers, design consultants, and order verification specialists.
