We are looking for Non-CDL Drivers to join our team!

On top of joining a talented team and growing company, this role also offers :

COMPENSATION

• Starting pay $18.27 per hour (overtime pay available)
• Case pay : estimate $5,000 - $8,000 yearly (the more you deliver, the more you can make)
• Total Compensation Range : $43,000 - $46,000 (based on experience and performance)
• $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid after 90 days)
• $2,000 Retention Bonus (paid at 180 days)

What you'll be doing :

• Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times
• Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailer
• Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Collect and return all payments as required
• Account for all invoices as merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
• Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process
• Ensure truck check-in procedures are followed daily
• Ensure truck service and safety issues are reported daily
• Attend monthly safety meeting
• Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed
• Report any local, state or federal moving violations to management
• Perform other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year of driving experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid State Drivers License
• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period of time
