Front Desk Receptionist (Kendall, Coral Gables & Homestead)

The #1 Priority of this position is

To make the best first impression & provide effective customer service.Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.

Be attentive to surroundings and help as necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer phones with proper phone etiquette & direct all calls in a polite & friendly manner to the appropriate person.
• Monitor the doors as to incoming & outgoing persons.
• Maintain lobby area in an orderly manner, free from clutter.
• Report unusual incidents to management.
• Interact with the residents & greet incoming visitors. Direct visitors to proper locations.
• Provide clerical support for the administrative staff.

If you have

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Spanish.
• Computer literacy with extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs.

If you are

• Polite, responsible, outgoing, punctual, resourceful, and detail oriented.
• Flexible as to work schedule
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independentlyAND as a team member.
