Role Overview :
- The Strategic Initiative team addresses complex operational challenges across GTM Client Integration.
- You will drive our strategy forward by simplifying processes, increasing speed, and enhancing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify opportunities, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure effective execution.
- Your expertise in process analytics, project management, communication, and problem-solving is crucial for delivering results and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Process Improvement Initiatives :
- Conduct data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, SME interviews, process mapping, and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
- Present insights and recommendations through cohesive and compelling slides.
- Collaboration and Partnership :
- Manage stakeholder relationships to gather feedback and apply insights to enhance future work.
- Build strong relationships with departments and SMEs.
- Support leaders in adopting and integrating new processes and promoting ongoing use.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Measurement :
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Project Identification :
- Participate in identifying and assessing potential new projects.
- Build and maintain collaboration with internal partners.
Key Requirements :
- Expertise in process analytics, project management, and problem-solving.
- Ability to perform both high-level strategic planning and detailed, hands-on discovery work.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders and SMEs.
