Medical Customer Service Rep
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Customer Service Rep for our healthcare client located in Spokane, WA. This role will be a contract opportunity for our client expected to go through the end of the year.
This role will assist our client's members with enrollment into their insurance plans and assist with general inquiries and questions.
This will be a high-volume, inbound call center type role and interested candidates need to be comfortable with phone correspondence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare call center role required
- Must be comfortable taking a high volume of inbound calls
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Can work within different software systems and multitask throughout the day
- Compassionate and able to give a great customer service experience
- Can thrive in a fast paced environment and make sound judgment calls when needed
