- Required Degree : PhD in analytical, physical chemistry or similar discipline
- An innovative and creative problem solver with strong scientific convictions and willing to take risks.
- Proven experience in analytical chemistry
- Working knowledge of multiple analytical techniques is required.
- Expertise in chromatography and spectroscopy is highly desired.
- Experience in laboratory automation and micro-analysis desired.
- Ability to work in a team environment is necessary.
- Knowledge in instrument troubleshooting and statistics desired.
- Candidate should be motivated to develop into a company expert (leader) in analytical chemistry.
- Should be able to lead other scientists and technicians to provide key analytical data for product and process development.
- Should have clear and effective writing and oral communication skills.
