We’re Hiring! Our key client in the Legal industry is looking for additional members to their team. We have a Claims Contract Attorney role on the team.
- Pay Rate : $32 / hour on W2.
- Work Type : Remote 50 miles within Phoenix or Beaverton office
- Work Schedule : 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm local time
- Training Schedule : 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm PST for first week
- Duration : 6-month contract (with possible extension)
Job Overview :
- We have an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.
- These are not eDiscovery document review positions.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Analyzing claim documents.
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
- Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
- Receiving training, direction, and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and / or other project team members.
Best-in-class customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients with the highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work required.
Qualifications :
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school. (A foreign law degree may suffice)
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Class action and / or mass tort experience are a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Flexibility
