S. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for working cross-functionally to help ensure the proper delivery and digital reconciliation of products within an assigned region.
This role will coordinate new and existing products to the point of sale, verify pricing and margins, and monitor compliance with state-specified regulations.
Candidates should reside in the state(s) in which the job is posted. Travel to stores is required. Travel is approximately 10-15% and can vary.

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names : The Bank , The Lab , Tasteology , Nira + Medicinals and Sèche , which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.
WHAT YOU WILL DO : Prepare and process purchase orders. Including item creation and descriptions, inventory submission, and online inventory synchronization.
Build purchase orders in partnership with the Grower Processor. Coordinate pricing of new and restock items based on expected margin levels.
Utilize all software and tracking systems to manage the product catalog, create new items, and control all inventory movement through specified locations.
Monitor product pricing and stock levels via digital menus and in seed-to-sale system. Manage discrepancy reporting in seed-to-sale system and internal inventory system, ensuring things are rectified and communicated.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge. Validates delivery scheduled and delivery manifest.
Informs supervisor of inventory approaching expiration. Manage delivery receipt of products and the mapping of products in POS, confirming the accuracy of inventory transport manifest.
Aware of and comply with all Department of Health procedures regarding transportation, tracking, and inventory reporting.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience. Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
Experience improving efficiencies, identifying necessary tools, and establishing processes. High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling.
Cannabis seed-to-sale and digital menu experience highly preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
Frequently sitting and standing. Occasionally Twist / bend / stoop / squat, kneel / crawl. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Complete any needed assistance, including oversight and coverage outside of the assigned region as required. An environment with moderate to loud noise level.
