About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success to the business you support. You will dive into data to identify customer pain points, define growth areas and run operational experiments to test and learn new ways to operate.
You will have the opportunity to work on initiatives ranging from consumer growth, merchant excellence, quality improvements, expansion efforts and so much more.
We are currently operating in a hybrid model, some time in-office and some time remote but it is quite flexible! Given we have multiple roles open on this team at the Senior Associate level, you’ll be considered for all the roles we have open and we align based on interview performance and business priority the best mutual fit after a completed interview process!
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will
Build. You’ll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash’s New Verticals business, across small, medium and enterprise businesses.
You’ll do whatever it takes to launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
- Strategize. From first principles, you’ll support in developing the optimal strategy for best serving our customers.
- Experiment. You’ll transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes, informing your larger initiative implementation plans.
- Analyze. You’ll analyze the customer and use that data to inform strategy. You’ll assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data.

- You have 3+ years of experience . You’ve succeeded in high-performing cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience).
- You have a completed Bachelor’s Degree.
