13 weeks Days / Nights 12hour shift 36 hours / week guaranteed

This position is primarily within theIntensive Care Unit and periodically will FLOAT to ED Med / Surg orPeds in case of low census .

Provides NursingCare to critically ill patients. The Registered Nurse performs avariety of responsible nursing care procedures requiringprofessional knowledge and consideration of specific patientconditions and treatments and the ability to work independently incompleting assignments.

Guidelines include doctors orders standardsof care nursing policies and procedures manuals and hospitalpolicies. Nursing duties include the provision of inpatient careand support in the 5 Bed I.

C.U. to individuals of all ages andtheir families. Afterhours recovery of postop general surgerypediatric & OB patients as needed.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

Experience :

• At least 3 years of RNexperience required
• Previous ICU experiencepreferred

LicensesCertifications and / or Registration :

• Must have a valid RN license from AZ or their state ofresidence on submission
• BLS / BCLS certificationis required is submission; ACLS is preferred
• PALS certification is required upon submission

EMR System : Allscripts Knowledge / experiencepreferred

Shift : 0DaysNights6 7 shifts per pay period with floating to PACU ER andMed / Surg

COVID Exemptions : Wedo not accept religious exemptions. If a candidate submits for amedical exemption we will have to get approval from our medicalreview board to proceed with onboarding.

Orientation : Every two (2) weeksonly.

Housing : must besubmitted 2 weeks before the start date

Fingerprinting : must be submittedand cleared before starting! PLEASE SUBMIT THE CURRENT ADDRESS FORTHE FINGERPRINT PACKET TO BE MAILED VIA FEDERAL EXPRESS

Additional Requirements : MUSTprovide copies of current immunizations negative Tb skin test proofof last two years provide documentation of 2 MMR vaccinations Tdapand Flu shot.

Clean background check negative 10panel drug screenwithin 7 days all before arrival.

Compensation : The contractor shall bepaid for each Nurses time worked at the Clients facilities at thehourly rate for services provided.

The overtime rate is an additionto their hourly wage over 40 hours worked in a weekly period. Thehourly rate includes all associated costs including but not limitedto travel transportation lodging etc.

Standby pay of 10% of basepay may be paid in addition to the hourly rate. No additionalamounts will be paid by the Client to the Contractor for overtimeoncall or hours worked during the weekends or on holidays.

Thecontractor shall be responsible for compliance with all labor lawsincluding but not limited to the Fair Labor Standards Actconcerning payment of providers assigned to the Client.
