The Industrial Engineering team within the Client is seeking Methods Process Analysts to join our growing team located in Everett, Washington, USA.

Position Overview :
Our Industrial Engineering organization is looking for Methods Process Analyst contractors to focus on documenting time standards and processes to ensure production stability.
This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies. Candidates will engage with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be self-starters as well as collaborative team players.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related curriculum such as Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Exposure and / or experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and / or production environment.
- Experience performing work observations and time studies.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
- Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles.
- Experience developing and deploying standard processes.
Typical Education / Experience : Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.
g., 4 years' related work experience).
Onsite : This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Shift : This position is primarily to support the 1st shift but is open to candidates preferring the 2nd shift as well.
Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment OJT or formal classroom training. 100% onsite at one of these locations : Everett, WA.
Describe the project / day-to-day activities they will be working on :
We are looking to place candidates on daily tasks associated with validating current hours per order / job performance, as well as creating new time standards to be used to implement new scheduling software.
Follow-on actions will include analyzing value-added versus non-value-added processes, recommending process improvements, and elevating safety and quality hazards and risks for root-cause investigation.
