Warehouse Picker

Shift Schedule :

• 1st Shift : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• 2nd Shift : Monday through Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Job Overview :

Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Picker and become a crucial part of our operations! In this role, you will ensure customer orders are processed with precision and efficiency.

Your attention to detail and expertise in material handling will help us uphold our high service standards and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Locate and gather items throughout the warehouse to fulfill order requests.
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure accuracy and inspect items for quality before shipping.
• Operate hand trucks, rolling carts, and other equipment to transport materials safely and update our tracking system.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
• Assist in training new pickers to meet our quality and efficiency standards.
• Support overall warehouse operations with additional tasks as needed.

Skills and Abilities :

• Proficient in using materials handling equipment such as hand trucks and rolling carts.
• Strong reading comprehension and communication skills for accurate order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and handle physical tasks efficiently.
• Capable of bending, lifting, pulling, and maneuvering while on your feet throughout your shift.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus!

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

Additional Information :

• Occasional weekend availability may be required.
• Overtime may be necessary based on business needs.
• Compensation will be based on experience and discussed during the hiring process.
