As a Data Architect, you will occupy a pivotal role within our organization's data landscape, steering the ship in shaping our data strategy and ensuring the effective management, analysis, and utilization of our data assets.
Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation across data architecture, governance, and analytics to support informed decision-making and the sustained growth and competitive advantage of our business.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute the company's data strategy, influencing the way we harness the power of data to drive operational efficiencies, improve customer experiences, and identify new business opportunities.
You will join a team of highly skilled data architects and analysts, orchestrating the creation of a robust data ecosystem that underpins our success.
One of your key responsibilities will be spearheading data architecture and modeling efforts. You will lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Your expertise in data modeling and database design will ensure that our data is organized in a manner that fosters consistency and compliance with relevant regulations.
You will develop and implement comprehensive data governance policies and procedures, ensuring that data quality, integrity, and security remain uncompromised.

Position Responsibilities
Data Strategy and Planning :
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the company's data strategy.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business process improvements and competitive advantage.
Data Architecture and Modeling :
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient data architecture solutions.
- Establish and enforce data modeling and database design best practices.
- Ensure data is organized, consistent, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Data Analytics and Insights :
- Oversee the development of data analytics capabilities, including data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to various departments.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Technology Evaluation and Adoption :
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and tools, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
- Recommend and oversee the adoption of new technologies that enhance data capabilities.
Required Education and Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in data architecture, data analysis, and data management roles, with a track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy regulations.
- 6 years of experience in data modeling, database design, and SQL.
- 6 years of experience with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with JIRA or Monday.com is a plus.
- Training colleagues to leverage data and analytic tools for analysis and automation or application support / ownership of tools like Tableau, Alteryx, WhereScape, etc.
- Consultative approach to building technical solutions.
