Responsibilities :

• Process incoming payments by check, credit card, and EFT
• Process and reconcile credit card receipts and statements
• Generate and review monthly account reconciliations
• Responsible for all aspects of the lien waiver process and vendor compliance
• Promote teamwork and cooperation
• Assist with Accounts Payable as needed

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
