Responsibilities :
1. Plan, organize, and oversee production process and departments.
2. Develop strategies to optimize plant efficiency and reduce waste.
3. Set performance goals and evaluate employee performance.
4. Manage and allocate resources effectively.
5. Implement lean manufacturing principles.
6. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
7. Identify areas for process optimization.
8. Establish and maintain quality control procedures.
9. Prepare regular reports on production metrics.
10. Implement and enforce safety guidelines.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of organizational scaling.
3. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
7. Proven track record of managing and developing teams, fostering a positive work culture, and driving operational excellence.
