Technical Support : Provide technical support to clients, including system operation training and troubleshooting assistance.
Assisting with Training new team.-System Configuration : Program and configure security equipment to meet client specifications and ensure optimal performance.
- Site Surveys : Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.-Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and service calls performed.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
Assist with Training new teams.Qualifications : -Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting security equipment and systems.-Knowledge : Understanding of security system protocols, standards, and best practices.
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.-Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Certifications : Relevant certifications in security systems installation and maintenance are preferred.-Valid Driver's License : Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
