HK Hospitality is seeking Experienced Full-Time Assistant Managers to join our team.
HKH operates several exciting concepts throughout Hell's Kitchen (Manhattan) & Astoria (Queens) including Mom's Kitchen & Bar, Dolly Varden, Halsey's, and Lady Blue.

What You'll Do :
- Lead daily operations with intention, setting the tone for engaged, high-energy floor service
- Maintain and develop a seasonal craft cocktail beverage program
- Bring the pieces of the puzzle together - recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Lead weekly manager and daily pre-shift meetings to drive goals and provide staff with ongoing education and training
- Scheduling, ordering, inventory, cash management, sales reporting
- Ensure consistent execution against quality standards
- Prioritize health and safety operations
- Generate new revenue through brand promotion and events
Qualifications
Strong background in staff training, management, and food service management
Experience in supervising, hospitality, and kitchen management
Skilled in team management, interviewing, and food preparation
Proficient in inventory control, Toast POS
Previous experience in upscale casual or fine dining requires
Familiarity with food production, catering, bar operations, and bartending
Ability to handle payroll, administrative tasks, and training & development
Requirements :
Full & Open Availability
Food Handlers Certificate
Proficient in Google Drive (sheet, docs, calendar, meet)
Upscale Management Experience of at least 3 years
