In-House Information Technology Manager

This position will report to the Law Center President.
Duties include the following :
Deployment of advanced information security ensuring the confidentiality of files and
documents.
- Maintenance of high-level defense against network cyber-attacks and hacking.
- Provide technical assistance to employees regarding configuration of desktops, laptops
and mobile devices including peripherals and printers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner and keep
internal systems updated as needed.
Responsible for the addition, removal, and preservation of accounts of all users on all
servers, including password changes and permissions management.
Requirements and Abilities :
- Fully committed to the TMLC mission.
- Work experience in an IT environment supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals including mobile phones.
- Proficient in managing desktop and server operating systems, and all Microsoft applications.
- Strong knowledge of Wireless technologies including LAN.
- Familiarity with accessing and protecting data on cloud-based servers.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with staff.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to deliver top service and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related study.
- Certification in Microsoft products a plus.
