Job Description
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards by establishing and upholding robust quality control protocols aligned with industry benchmarks and regulatory mandates.
- Guide and empower a proficient team of quality technicians and inspectors to uphold stringent quality standards.
- Forge collaborative partnerships with production, engineering, and sales units to promptly identify and resolve quality-related concerns, fostering the development of innovative solutions.
- Conduct meticulous inspections and audits across all product / service stages, swiftly identifying and rectifying defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities.
- Engage in proactive communication with clients to ascertain comprehensive adherence to quality parameters, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement targeted corrective and preventive measures to rectify quality lapses and prevent recurrence.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in quality assurance roles within a CNC precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of QMS (AS9100 and ISO 9001) and familiarity with aerospace industry.
- Strong GD&T experience. Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints
- Detail oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functional across teams
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to conduct root cause and CAPA
- Knowledge of SPC and experience with quality management software
- CMM programming experience
- Experience with inspection techniques and equipment
