The primary responsibility of the Irrigation Lead is to maintain and operate irrigation and fertigation systems. This includes but is not limited to : irrigating the grow rooms, checking and cleaning filters, mixing salt concentrates, insuring the fertigation machine and RO skid have enough of each ingredient for the following day, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and communication and coordination with management and facilities maintenance to order what is necessary and to address problems facility-wide.
The job will require a candidate who is willing to work a non-traditional schedule since we need qualified coverage late in the day and on on the weekend.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure all irrigation systems are operating, RO skid, fertigation machines, batch tanks and pumps, and to keep the water room clean and organized.
- To follow the irrigation schedule provided or ensure the automated schedule is functioning, and that the water is the correct recipe, EC, PH, and volume.
- To mix concentrate batches
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Cultivation and irrigation experience
- Plumbing experience
- Ability to convert gallons to liters
- Team player
Work Environment
Operations : This position will work in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to bright lighting, loud equipment, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and working in proximity with staff and vendors.

- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
