Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for an Asset Manager

As our client’s Asset Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties, driving financial performance and strategic success.

This role involves overseeing property operations, leading renovation projects, and working closely with stakeholders to maximize asset value.

Top Requirements of the Asset Manager

  • Experience : 5-10 years in mixed-use real estate, with 5-7 years in asset management.
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate. Industry accreditations (e.g., CCIM) preferred.
  • Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Argus, Yardi, and Yield Star / AIRM.
  • Attributes : Dynamic, self-motivated, and confident with exceptional interpersonal skills and executive presence.

What You'll Do as an Asset Manager

  • Oversee third-party and internal property managers, brokers, and vendors to ensure optimal performance.
  • Formulate and execute asset management strategies, including budgeting, capital investment planning, and leasing.
  • Manage renovation projects and tenant improvements, ensuring alignment with budget and lease agreements.
  • Develop strong relationships with capital partners and negotiate real estate contracts.
  • Serve as a market expert, understanding trends and economic drivers impacting asset performance.

What You’ll Bring to the Asset Manager Role

  • Proven experience in multifamily, commercial, and retail asset management.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $500,000, commensurate with experience.
