LTIMindtree is looking for Sales Operations Manager responsible and accountable for financial management and modelling of $500+m digital and quality engineering revenue directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.

The candidate should have :

• IT services sector with s trong financials and operations background and graduation in any discipline
• Understanding IT Service Business Operations, Business Financials and Service delivery metrics
• Strong Data Analysis and Macro Based Reporting
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands on experience with P &L analysis and reporting at executive level
• Maintain good hygiene for CRM pipeline data
• Candidate should be a good Team Player, working with sales leaders and executives
• Preparing monthly revenue forecasting for the projects. Comparing the same with actual & reporting to Finance team on variance with reasons.
• Determine & maintain accurate billable resources of the projects and publishing the same to respective stake holders on monthly basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Base Salary Compensation Range : USD 120,000-160,000
