ARB Underground is seeking a Coordinator 1 for its Lake Forest, CA location. This position will support Project Managers & Estimators, review project bid documents, permits, and proposals throughout pre and post construction activities.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

• Support Project Team.
• Support Estimating Team.
• Review Project Bid Documents, Permits, and Proposals prior to the start of construction activities.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Provide feedback to managers and project team.
• Office and Field support is required. The expectation is to work from office and / or the field as needed.
• Mark and Call-in USA and Keep an electronic record on Shared / drive.
• Coordinate with Superintendent, Foremen and Project Manager, to provide schedule updates.
• Create RFI / change order estimates with input from Superintendent.
• Help Identify Out-of-scope work or Change in Conditions that will require an RFI.
• Coordinate Notifications to stakeholders.
• Track and Monitor Project as-builts.

Basic Qualifications :

• Focus on Safety.
• Strong Construction background or desire to learn the industry.
• Ability to work well with team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and web-based software applications.
• This is a salaried position.
• Prior Construction or Project Management preferred but not required.

Compensation : $65,000k- $80,000k / year (pay is decided based on experience)
