We are seeking a dedicated Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for a full-time role at a school near Tarpon Springs, FL, for the upcoming school year.
This position offers the chance to work closely with Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students in both 1 : 1 and small group settings.
Join our vibrant and robust team of Deaf Educators, including a supportive group of fellow interpreters.
Job Details :
- Provide sign language interpretation services for DHH students in 1 : 1 and small group settings.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support student communication and learning.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment for DHH students.
Job Qualifications :
- Must possess licensure / approval by the Florida State Board of Education as an Educational Interpreter.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students educational needs.
