Seeking an immediate hire that can start shortly after offer
Schedule - Week days 5-9pm, every weekend (9-5pm. (1 weekend off pre scheduled in advance per month)
We are looking for a smart, friendly and charismatic person who is a great team player and understands working in an office environment! This person sits at the front desk and is the first person our members and guests see when they enter.
This position is for evenings and weekends with flexibility for special event coverage, and it would be great if the candidate could work some days as neede (for coverage when day receptionist is out sick or on PTO).
Position requires working every weekend Friday-Sunday). One weekend of the employees choosing will be scheduled off (must be scheduled in advance, does not include black out dates*).
We are located in Steiner Ranch (not near UT campus) , so please make sure you can commute to this location before applying.

Requirements
- Greets all customers, members and guests of the UT Golf Club upon immediate entry into the club.
- Answers 100% of incoming phone calls. All calls must be answered by 3 rings. Responsible for transferring all calls to the appropriate staff.
- When on duty, assures the front desk is staffed at all times.
- Signs for all deliveries and delivers them to the appropriate offices / people / locations.
- Keep up with all UPS / Fed Ex supplies and responsible for all outgoing UPS / Fed Ex packages.
- Responsible for ordering all office supplies for all departments, excluding Maintenance.
- Responsible for maintenance of copier and fax machines.
- Keep track of all paper product (Letterhead, note cards, gift cards). Re-order when necessary.
- Distribute updated RSVP lists through club website
- Filing
- Make membership packets. Ensure that we have at least 10 on hand at all times.
This is not a conclusive list. The success of each department relies on the assistance of the receptionist, so a great attitude is paramount.
