Duration : 2+ Months Contract
Job Description :
Global Product Leads work with sales organizations around the world to translate their needs into requirements for development teams that support them.
Responsibilities :
- Clearly define and prioritize project goals, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and team's objectives.
- Establish and maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage potential risks and dependencies, developing contingency plans and mitigating issues as they arise.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts, and encouraging knowledge sharing.
- Continuously track project progress, analyze performance data, and make informed decisions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in Product management.
- Experience in Requirements gathering.
- Stakeholder management.
Skills :
- Requirements gathering
- Data analysis (including basic SQL)
- Communication
- Influence
- Problem Solving
- Strong Technical Knowledge (better for communication with Eng)-Nice to have
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies
Education :
Bachelor's Degree.
