In this role, you'll process benefits enrollments, manage claims and leave requests, and partner with HR and business leaders to enhance our benefits solutions.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU :
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) :
- HR Specialist : $27.64 - $35.82 plus annual bonus opportunity
- SR HR Specialist : $74,000 - 87,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date.
Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Administer employee benefit and disability programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations and process benefit enrollments, claims, and leave requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and recommend solutions for absence management.
- Ensure all benefit programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and PFML and stay up to date on changes to laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide support to HR and employees regarding benefit inquiries and eligibility.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits administration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING :
- Expertise in administering employee benefit programs, especially with disability programs.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations, including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and PFML.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- The ability to collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive benefit solutions
