Barberton Mancan is looking for industrial laborers to work in the wax dept. for a company in Uniontown.
Set Up Trainee 1st shift- Monday-Thursday 7am-5 : 30pm $
Shell
W / E 1st Sheller Trainee- Friday, Saturday,Sunday 5am-5pm $
Candidates will be working in the Wax Department
- Hot Straightening-straighten parts according to established procedures by using a 50 ton press and placing parts in and removing from an oven.
- Cold Straightening- straighten parts according to established procedures by using a ten ton press, hand tools, gauges, and fixtures.
- Help supervisor / engineering create established procedure on first time jobs.
- Abide by the straightening department’s working requirements (technique, housekeeping, efficiency, attendance and safety.)
- Read basic blueprints.
- Fill out all required paperwork accurately.
- Communicate with supervisor / lead employee.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Other related duties, as assigned
Generous Stay BONUS-$500 after 30, 60, 90 days, and 6 months (totaling $2000)

- Some heavy lifting required
- Resume and interview required for consideration
- Submit to background check and drug screen
- May be required to submit to respirator exam
