As a Senior Director Strategic Planning , you will hold a critical leadership position, responsible for informing strategic direction and enhancing product development and commercialization of software-driven offerings across all Honeywell business units.
You will collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams at all levels to ensure strategic goals are aligned with overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage communication of relevant software market insights and best practices to corporate functions including finance, legal, human resources, communications, innovation, and commercial.
- Collaborate with all business units and priority GBEs to achieve stretch software growth goals.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to design and implement strategic initiatives (e.g., SaaS conversions, SIP design).
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency in organizational processes and capabilities (e.g., Innovation, Launch, Customer Success).
- Develop content for the Software Learning Academy and collaborate with Learning & Development on training implementation and deployment.
MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate functions or general management roles.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of software business growth strategies and operations, including SaaS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong execution skills and mindset, focus on results over activity.
- Strategic thinking and ability to provide actionable insights.
