Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
