Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage patient care plans, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Mentor staff, providing guidance and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards.
- Adjust staffing based on patient needs and census.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
