Responsibilities
- Understand application architecture and interplay between application tiers & components (UI / UX, middleware, backend)
- Solicit necessary information from application Product owners, testers and or users to efficiently validate reported issues including determination of which application components are in focus
- Query and decipher logging entries by application tiers and components.
- Use tooling read and decipher JSON documents, entities and data
- Form requests in tooling like Postman to invoke endpoints
- Orchestrated use of the above to efficiently and consistently triage application issues and defects
- Facilitate discussions between Application Architects and developers as necessary to efficiently triage issues and defects
- Document learnings and triage steps for efficient guidance of future incidents
