Key Responsibilities :
- Expert Review : Assist with the review of non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 applications.
- Compliance Guidance : Handle PERM labor certification applications and provide I-9 and e-Verify advice.
- Process Improvement : Offer insightful feedback on paperwork preparation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor paralegals, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
- Product Development : Leverage your legal expertise to guide product development, ensuring alignment with legal standards.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 5+ years of high-volume employment-based immigration practice.
- Credentials : Admission to the bar.
- Skills : Excellent English writing skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
