Full Time - Day 7a - 7p, rotating weekends

Responsibilities : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Oversee the medications and activities of daily living of residents in the community to ensure their healthcare needs are being met.
• Performs ongoing assessment / observation of residents' physical and mental health needs.
• Coordinate with other departments and outside vendors to ensure quality care.
• Assist the DON and ED with staffing functions to include hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, and monitoring of care partners in the administration of direct care within the community.
• Perform ongoing assessment & observation of residents' physical and mental health needs.

Primary Qualifications : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Current Tennessee LPN or RN license.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Detail oriented and ORGANIZED ,
• Demonstrated history of reliability.
