Description
This is a part-time, temporary / seasonal position. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis to establish an applicant pool.
As vacancies occur, they are filled from the pool.
Minimum Qualifications :
College or trade school welding classes
At least one year of industry experience in welding or a related field
An understanding of the welding certification process
Duties and Responsibilities :
Support of classroom and lab activities
Processing of materials
Welding equipment maintenance and set-up
Equipment and tool safety
Heavy equipment safety
Ability to get along with faculty, TA's, and students
Exempt
