Responsibilities
Oversee the duties and responsibilities of day-to-day operations of the Tubular Running Services through the management of equipment and personnel.
Assist the Operations Manager in daily activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise Location Field Support Personnel.
- Coordinate equipment orders and personnel to dispatch to customer locations.
- Communicate with the sales force in securing customer requirements and time frames.
- Create daily and post-job operation reports
- Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
- Recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage personnel training and competency
- Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
- Must understand and comply with all Weatherford's safety rules and company policies.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in offshore drilling services management
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, dispatch, and track resources
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Products
- Strong leadership skills
- Multi-tasking ability
