Job Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Research / Communication Assistant to join our team. This role involves conducting research, reaching out to clients, and supporting effective communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients through calls and emails.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through effective communication.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client information.
- Provide insights and feedback on research findings and client needs.
- Support team objectives and communication goals.
Qualifications :
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a research or communication role is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Starting salary is $42,000 per year, with potential increases based on experience, skills, and performance up to a starting rate of $50,000 per year.
In addition, we offer a generous benefits package that includes health, dental, and retirement options, along with performance-based bonuses.
Pay raises can occur based on quality of service, skills observed and attitude.
