- Proven expertise in SAP modules such as WM, QM, PP, MM, SD, LES, EWM, and PPPI.
- Experience leading projects and ability to deliver good results on time.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SAP solutions.
- Strong understanding of interface technologies and experience monitoring and resolving interface issues.

- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to warehouse operations, process manufacturing, quality management and purchasing processes within SAP.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex supply chain issues within the SAP environment.
- Manage and monitor interfaces between SAP and other critical systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in resolving ServiceNow tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize SAP system performance and business processes.
Job Requirements - Preferred Qualifications :
- Practical experience with ServiceNow incidencturing and the specialized requirements of the haircare industry is highly desirable.
- Develop and deliver high-quality training materialst management processes and SLAs.
- Ideal candidate has experience with Pipechain, MES systems (e.g., FlexNet / APRISO), E2Open, or similar platforms.
- Experience in regulated industries such as manufa and sessions to empower end-users on relevant SAP modules and processes.
