00 / hour with potential for more on our component pay plan, plus up to $10,000 in retention bonuses for eligible new hires!
When :
- Dispatch times are 2-4am (averaging 10-12 hour routes)
- Route days are Monday-Saturday (driving 5 days a week)

Main Responsibilities :
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
- Unload products from the trailer and place in designated customer storage areas
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and handle collections / payments when applicable
- Perform customer service responsibilities to enhance client experience
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift / carry / push / pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
Minimum Requirements :
- Valid CDL Class A with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months in food / beverage delivery
- Ability to read and communicate in English
